We have the largest inventory in North America of hydraulic jacks and loadcells. All calibrations are performed in house with results traceable back to NIST. We have the ability to overnight equipment anywhere in North America. If needed we provided Trained on site personnel to assist with setup training and also to monitor and record the Load Test Results. Please contact us and let our staff help you with your application.
We can provide jacking equipment to test driven piles from 1 -2000 tons. The systems can be manually, electrically or automatically controlled. They can be accompanied with a load cell and digital readout box to give a more accurate reading. Static load tests points have proven to save money while providng accurate data. See Pile Driver article on the Rhode Island Department of Transportation project.
Travel dial sets can be provided to monitor the movement of the pile while performing the load test.
